At Precious Time
We provide small classes, which promote more one-on-one interaction between your toddler and his/her teachers, allowing for greater attention during learning time.
We provide a low toddler to teacher ratio. The lower ratio helps to assure your toddler’s safety with immediate attention given by the teacher to any situation or emergency that may arise. With a low ratio, your toddler and teacher will be able to bond and your child’s self-esteem will be boosted.
We provide individual cots for napping verses sleep mats. Napping is easier and more restful for your child using comfortable cots that are raised off the floor, with clean, soft bedding. Our goal is to create a home-like environment.
We teach your child appropriate hygiene and self-help skills by following health guidelines as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
We provide family style dining, yes, even with toddlers! Our goal is to begin good eating habits at a young age.
We offer hot, nutritious meals that include the vitamins and nutrients needed for a growing body and strong mind.
We provide a feeling of safety and security by providing your child with a predictable schedule. Your toddler will move from one activity to another in a smooth and calm manner that is created by an organized and harmonious environment.
We provide indoor learning centers, which will encourage your toddler’s increasing independence. Sample learning centers will include housekeeping, blocks, art, music and movement, literacy and library and much more!
We provide an outdoor play area that fosters large muscle skills as well as social skills.
We provide developmentally appropriate materials that will support the ongoing developmental growth of each toddler at his/her own pace.
We provide individualized lesson plans to meet the needs to your child based on an educational curriculum that is age appropriate.
We provide language and literacy activities to enhance your toddler’s growing vocabulary.
We provide a toddler daily report. It will keep you apprised of your toddler’s day even when you’re at work! Our daily report will list what your child has eaten, time slept, diapering changes and an overview of his/her day.
We provide a developmental evaluation every three months with a Parent / Teacher Conference if necessary.
We are proud to provide diversity in all our classrooms. Our goal is to help all children learn about different cultures. Our motto is “We’re all alike yet unique.”
We believe children need to form attachments with adults whom are significant in their lives. This is why we have instituted a monthly “Bring Someone Special Day”.
We teach children appropriate hand washing skills as recommended by our State Health Department and the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Have a history with precious time. Overall a great safe place for children. I have only had 1 negative experience in which a child didn't make it to bathroom in time due to a staff member telling her to wait. Then when the parent picked the child up the staff didn't even bother cleaning the child off. Other than that they do a lot of cool trips and keep the kids very active.
