Precious Time has a revolutionary solution to child care and child development for working families. Our goal is to provide flexible, comprehensive child care and child development services without sacrificing the high caliber of caregiving that parents rightfully demand. We aim to radically change the face of child care to meet the needs of today’s working families who juggle their work and home life daily. We believe our partnership with working parents and their employers will benefit everyone. As a partner, corporations can build a strong foundation for recruiting and retaining quality employees.

Dr. Masrour is excited to be onboard with Precious Time Childcare Centers and has been consulting on the Autism Inclusion program as well as nutritional systems. Dr. Masrour loves to spend time with his three beautiful children, and constantly learning new ways to support his clients and partners in innovative holistic medical practices.

Chief Operations Officer
Chief Operations Officer - Gunther Shia
Gunther Shia serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Precious Time Childcare Centers. He is responsible for overseeing program development and implementation at all Precious Time center locations. He has a passion for providing a strong educational and emotional foundation for all children and co-founded the non-profit Resilient Heart with the intention of teaching emotional resilience to children. After completing his MBA, Gunther worked for Goldman Sachs in Singapore and in several other countries before returning to the United States to work as an advisor for high net-worth families.
Gunther has served on the Board of the Coalition of Los Angeles Designers as President and Treasurer, and on the College of Design Program Advisory Committee for Fremont College. He also has 10 years of experience as a former minister during which time he counseled adults and youth in several countries including the United States.
Gunther is a Girl Scout Troop Leader, and has received training from the UCLA MARC Center, Heart Math Institute, FEMA’s Community Emergency Response Team, Mindful Schools, National Council for Behavioral Health, National Alliance on Mental Illness, and is a Certified Specialist in Trauma Recovery Hypnosis. He and his daughter enjoy travelling, spending time outdoors, and camping.

Commonwealth Autism Consultant - Tammy Bowen
Tammy holds her degree in Early Childhood Education. She has worked in early childhood for over 16 years. Ms. Bowen’s experience as a director of several preschools before joining Precious Time brought to her attention the ever-increasing need for support for children with autism and other developmental disabilities within the childcare industry.
Tammy moved to Commonwealth Autism in 2015 and found a resource that provides the support that every preschool needs to aid children with development disabilities. Tammy now leads the charge in creating preschool inclusive environments for children with Autism through her work at Commonwealth Autism. Commonwealth Autism partnered with Precious Time to create their Preschool Inclusion Program and is working to spread these new programs to other preschools across the state.

Cynthia Kersey

Jennifer Waldburger
Jennifer earned her master’s degree in social work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she also contributed to research with the Mayo Clinic. Her work with parents and children integrates both her background in psychotherapy and her postgraduate trainings in mindfulness, neuroscience, trauma healing, self-regulation, and holistic wellness practices. Coauthor of Calm Mama, Happy Baby and co-creator of Mindfulness and wellness programs at several schools, her greatest passion is helping adults and kids to cultivate authentic connection with themselves first – and then others.

Mahboubeh Sahebi
Mahboubeh Sahebi earned her degree in Law from Iran and comes to us with over 25 years of experience as a business entrepreneur with expertise in multiple industries including agriculture, fashion, and commercial real estate. Ms. Sahebi has also served on multiple advisory boards for major corporations, guiding them through acquisitions and the growth of their companies. Her love for children and her two daughters drive her every day to help positively impact the next generation. We are honored to have her on our Precious Time team to support our behavioral and autistic inclusion program and to help train and support our teachers and staff.
Mahboubeh, along with Peymaneh, serves on multiple boards for other like-minded non-profit companies such as IBD Strong to make this world a better place.

Founder of Eudaimonia Psychology - Dr. Donna Dannenfelser
Dr. Donna is the founder of Eudaimonia® Psychology, which utilizes a holistic approach to therapy combining traditional psychotherapy with cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, energy work and a life coaching component. Diana Loomans is an author, poet, speaker and professional coach. She has been a pioneer in the personal development field for over three decades and has earned a reputation as a teacher with a rare blend of heart and soul.
As a professional speaker and trainer, Diana has delivered over 1200 programs, and addresses business groups, educators, and the public at large on a variety of topics. She’s appeared on numerous radio and television shows and has been a spokesperson for women’s charities and children’s causes.
Diana has degrees in community and adult education and has taught at three colleges. She has originated graduate level courses such as Maximizing Human Potential, Reaching Peak Performance, Your Amazing Brain, Unleashing the Genius Within, Conscious Parenting, and The Healing Power of Laughter and Play.
She offers personal and business coaching and a coach training curriculum for those aspiring to become a licensed coach. Her clients range from educators, CEO’s, business leaders, entrepreneurs, speakers, writers, couples and families.
Diana has more than one million books and short stories in print including, What All Children Want Their Parents to Know; 12 Keys to Raising a Happy Child, The Laughing Classroom; Everyone’s Guide to Teaching with Humor & Play, 100 Ways to Teach Values and Build Esteem in All Ages, and her renowned children’s book, The Lovables in the Kingdom of Self Esteem. Troy Byer, PsyD
Dr. Troy currently resides in Southern California and holds a master’s degree from the Pacifica Graduate Institute in economics, liberation, and community psychology as well as a doctorate in clinical psychology from California Southern University. In addition, she is a registered addiction specialist, certified in industrial-organizational psychology and is a certified HeartMath facilitator and court-appointed anger management expert. Dr. Troy’s social impact reach includes providing emotional rehabilitation for incarcerated females convicted of domestic abuse in Los Angeles County. She is also the founder of Mindology Fitness, a fun, effective, and affordable neuro-science-based program that provides children and adults with organic emotional and psychological tools needed to ensure that their peace of mind is always in their own hands. Currently, Mindology Fitness classes are practiced in over 200 prisons across the country and several early education schools across the globe – and expanding! To date, Dr. Troy continues to deliver life transforming workshops and develop training and development programs, deliver powerful talks and programs to colleges, corporations, religious organizations and more. Dr. Troy’s topics include HeartMath, Heartbreak Recovery, Frequency Medicine, Conquering Challenges, Suicide, Identity Formation, Inspired Leadership, Stress and Emotion Regulation.
Specialized Needs and Behavioral Education Coordinator
Dr. Linda Hackney
Dr. Linda Hackney has 30 years of teaching experience in public, private, homeschool, and in juvenile corrections. She earned her Doctorate in Education, Ed.S., M.Ed., and a Bachelor of Sciences in Psychology.
Dr. Linda is licensed to teach Emotional Disturbance, Specific Learning Disability, Intellectual Disability, Autism, and Psychology in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She is a Veteran Army Captain, who served for 11 years in the Army on Active Duty and Army Reserve capacities. Dr. Hackney and her daughters are the current owners of a tutoring business “Agape Learning and Wellness Center” which has been tutoring students aged kindergarten through college since May 16, 2012. Dr. Hackney is also currently an online instructor with a local school division.
Dr. Hackney is the CEO of the nonprofit organization, “Agape Education & Fitness Center, Inc.” which is also known as the “Agape Shades of Success.” The nonprofit which benefits young girls and ladies from kindergarten through senior year of High School, was established in 2018. It is the aim of the nonprofit to foster Self-esteem, Body Image, Interpersonal Skills, Art, STEAM Activities, and Circle Activities to help increase bonding for the enrollees.
In addition, “Agape Shades of Success” sponsors a back-to-school fundraising drive and gives away backpacks and school supplies for needy children.
Dr. Hackney’s pride and joy is her six children. She has three sons and three daughters, including twin girls, twin boys, and three grandchildren! Her hobbies include gardening, cooking, and going on vacation with her family.
